"There, by the Lysi Mountain" annual ballad song festival is bringing its friends together again. Amiable atmosphere, songs by the campfire and an interesting entertainment program are in store for guests of the festival in the Lysi Mountains.
The gala concert of the participants is beginning in the evening. The program includes performances of ballad singers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yaroslavl, Almaty, Rostov, Lipetsk, Voronezh, and, of course, Tambov region. But it is advisable to come to the festival in the morning. It is in the morning when the art market opens. There you can buy books, paintings and souvenirs, visit artisan’s booth where everyone can take part in master classes of souvenir making. Children and adults are welcome to ride horses or ponies.
Several photo zones are going to be available too. You will have a chance to take a memorable photo wearing chain armour, traditional or historical costume.
Another part of the holiday is a bike ride around Lysi Gory village. The Open Day is going to be held in Lysi Gory Museum of Local History. This year the festival program includes a tour contest that is inviting participants to test their tourist skills.
After such active entertainment program, you can satisfy your hunger with barbecue, pies, freshly-baked bread, Lysogorsky tea and other drinks available throughout the day.
