Zavolokinsky festival «Igraj, garmon» is an international festival. Talented people and musicians who came from all over the Russian Federation, but mostly from the neighboring countries and also from Germany, Israel, Austria and the USA take part in the festival.

The program of the festival includes the Day of the Axe and the Russian Stove, сontest auditions, performances of participants and guests of the festival in concert programs and the shooting of the TV program «Igraj, garmon».
