The interregional festival of live music "Khopyor" is aimed at preserving the cultural and natural heritage of the Sura region and the territories of Prikhoperye, traditionally uniting authors-performers and creative groups from the regions of the Russian Federation. The event takes place in the picturesque natural area of Prikhoperye, where a tent camp, field kitchen and creative platform are organized, where everyone can showcase their musical talents.
