Annual winter festival in "Old Surgut".

The main square will feature New Year's LED art objects and photo zones, including the interactive ice sculpture "Old Surgut Tea Party".

The festival program includes: educational and game programs, master classes, active games of the Ob-Ugric peoples, an ice rink and a warm chum (traditional tent), as well as dog sledding. In addition, as part of the festival, there will be a children's creative competition for the best letter to Father Frost.
