The annual festival is aimed at developing creative and business cooperation between educational institutions and public catering enterprises, preserving the confectionery national traditions of the peoples living in the Penza region.

The festival will include: a master class in confectionery for masters and teachers of special disciplines; a professional skills competition in the competence «Confectionery»; culinary battles «My Favorite Dessert» in the competence «Cooking»; a project competition «Confectionery: Traditions and Innovations»; a career guidance event «Profession for All Times».

In 2025, the festival will be attended by honorary guests.
