The annual festival is aimed at developing creative and business cooperation between educational institutions and public catering enterprises, preserving the confectionery national traditions of the peoples living in the Penza region.
The festival will include: a master class in confectionery for masters and teachers of special disciplines from brand chef confectioner Devyatko M.B.; a professional skills competition in the competence «Confectionery»; culinary battles «My Favorite Dessert» in the competence «Cooking»; a project competition «Confectionery: Traditions and Innovations»; a career guidance event «Profession for All Times».
In 2025, the festival will be attended by honorary guests: President of the Moscow Culinary Association, Professor of MGUTU named after K.G. Razumovsky, Honorary Member of WACS Sharova T.N., brand chef confectioner, certified Judge of the regional category of the World Association of Chefs WACS in the class «Confectionery Art», member of the National Culinary Association of Russia, member of the Board of the Moscow Culinary Association Devyatko M.B.
