On Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00 in the fresh air, we will listen to live music, have fun on children's playgrounds, and get acquainted with the most delicious national cuisine of the peoples of the Leningrad region. At the master classes, everyone can immerse themselves in history, cook and taste national cuisine. All visitors will certainly learn to cook exquisite and everyday dishes from fish and meat, and professional chefs will give several useful tips.

For festival guests, there will be gastronomic rows with a variety of products from the districts of the Leningrad region. The festival's trade rows will be filled with delicacies of regional cuisine. Visitors will be presented with legendary dishes of the indigenous peoples of the Leningrad region: Ladoga smelt, Peter's fish soup, Vyborg blood sausages, Karelian kalitka; goods from local producers: Koporye Ivan-tea, farm cheeses, Vyborg pretzel, Leningrad honey, hearty and sweet pies, pickled mushrooms, forest berries.

Of particular interest to festival guests will be exciting master classes from professional chefs on preparing traditional regional dishes: Izhorian cabbage soup, the dessert "Mustikkapudru", smoothies and green cocktails based on traditional recipes of the indigenous peoples of the Leningrad region. At the master classes, visitors will not only immerse themselves in the atmosphere of authentic cuisine but also learn secret recipes of dishes.
