The Wind Orchestra Festival is an annual event that has been held for over 20 years. The festival features a march parade, parade ground show, and defile with the participation of wind orchestras and soloists from the Russian and opera scene. The event takes place on the Cathedral Square of the Peter and Paul Fortress.
