III OPEN INTERREGIONAL FESTIVAL OF BELL ART «BELLS OVER LAVA», which will be held in the picturesque corner of the Kaliningrad region - the village of Znamensk from September 6 to 7, 2025!

September 6, Saturday
The morning will be filled with the sound of bells thanks to an exciting master class on the art of bell ringing, which will be conducted by experienced teachers and students. The event will take place on the territory of the bell tower of the Orthodox Church of the Icon of the Mother of God "Znamenie".
In the afternoon, guests will enjoy a rich educational program: lectures and discussions about everything related to the history, culture and symbolism of bells. Meeting place - the cozy conference hall of the Tuninykh Farm.
September 7, Sunday
The day will begin with a fair and continue with a master class on bell ringing.
A traditional prayer service will open the final program of the holiday, uniting participants and spectators before the performance of bell ringers from Orthodox parishes of the Kaliningrad region and festival guests.
Performances by bell ringers will alternate with performances by creative groups, and the festival program will end with a concert by the Kaliningrad Regional Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments and invited bell ringers.
