Guests of the festival are in for a rich cultural program. Jubilee Square will traditionally feature a live lawn, which has become an integral attribute of the festival.

During the festival days, jazz music marathons will take place, involving students from music institutions in Penza and the Penza region, as well as jazz groups from the city and other regions of the country. After the marathons, jazz concerts featuring leading Russian jazz groups will begin at the Penza Cinema and Concert Hall.

Jubilee Square will host interactive zones, a sale exhibition of Penza artisans' products, thematic photo zones and installations, open-air cafes, children's interactive programs and workshops.

Master classes from professional musicians and teachers will be held in the Organ Hall of the Philharmonic.

As part of the festival, the "Penza Souvenir" competition will take place. This competition brings together enterprises, masters of folk arts and crafts, and artisans of the Penza region. All interested visitors will be able to relax over two days, see the variety of works by folk art masters, purchase souvenirs, and participate in interesting workshops.
