The festival is a major theatrical event in the Penza region.

The festival program includes performances based on classical and contemporary drama, staged by professional and amateur theaters from different regions of the country.

For amateur theaters, practical classes (master classes) are planned. For professional theaters – discussions of performances by critics, round tables, creative laboratories and seminars.
