The Interregional Festival of Author's Song «Big Dipper» brings together independent creative amateur associations and authors working in the genre of author's song and related genres of poetic, theatrical and song creativity (the event includes an author's song competition under the guidance of an authoritative jury).

At the end of the festival, the winners of the competition receive participant diplomas, prizes and the right to perform at the gala concert.
