On August 8-9, 2026, the seventh contemporary art festival "The Sea Inside" will take place.
The Sea Inside is a unique creative platform that brings together young artists, designers, choreographers, directors, theater professionals, musicians, and everyone who strives to develop contemporary street art on the shores of the Baltic Sea. It is a space where every creator can realize their potential and share their vision of the world.
The VII Festival "The Sea Inside" has become a hallmark of the Kaliningrad Region and a unique cultural event in Svetlogorsk over the past 6 years.

The festival develops the philosophy of Atmospheric Surrealism—art in a natural environment, creating a special reality through artistic means.
It is held annually on the shores of the Baltic Sea in the resort city of Svetlogorsk with the support of the Svetlogorsk City District Administration.
The 2026 theme is "My Favorite City" as part of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Kaliningrad Region.
