From 29 April to 3 May, Zelenogradsk will host the region's traditional maritime gastronomy festival: participating projects will bring to it more than 150 recipes for contemporary street food, primarily from fish and seafood.
Apart from smelt and pelamis, common to Kaliningrad residents, the Fishtival offers Kamchatka crab, Black Sea mullet, hoki, silverfish, tuna, salmon, stavrid, northern shrimp - at least 30 types of fish and seafood in total.
